5 Signs of Healthy Skin

Can you name five signs of healthy skin?
If not, chances are you may have experienced
at least one of these skin care concerns.
I have oily skin, I always have to blot it.
And whenever I take photos, I look shiny.
If I could change one thing about my skin,
it would be for it to be smoother.

Dr. Mauricio, what would you tell these lovely ladies?
Well, they are not alone, I see this
all the time in my practice, skin can become
imbalanced due to stress and hormonal changes, as well as
external conditions such as pollution and the weather.
And when skin is imbalanced, it can look dry,
rough, oily, and uneven, and that absolutely

by the buildup of dead skin cells,
which may mean she may need to exfoliate more often.
